You can set up your own list of drivers, including nicknames as well as full names and their mobile numbers. Each message that you send is logged and recorded, with a counter to show how many characters are left on that message. You can preview the message (and edit it) before transmission.
Two types of message are available:
- General SMS – these come with a pre-set message option (such as 'Call office')
- Jobs SMS – allowing you to display 'from' and 'to'
If you have an Enterprise Plus Subscription, you can also use the fully integrated CX Address Book – otherwise, the full address can be entered manually.

The Text Your Driver advanced service is available by subscription - £10 per 100 text messages (SMS).
Every account receives 10 free messages to trial the service, thereafter messages can be purchased in advanced in blocks. |
