How do you differ from other courier companies?
We are dedicated to delivering the best possible service to customers, although when we first started our aim was to break mainly into Sameday market throughout the UK and into Europe. However since the economic downturn we channeled our energy into new avenues, and now offer much wider range of services, such as a daily pallet service in Holland and Belgium, freight forwarding and groupage.

"We are dedicated to delivering the best possible service to customers."

Are you expanding your business and how are you doing it?
We started up with two vans, since then we have increased our fleet to four vehicles, which range from LWB Transit to Ford galaxy we also have 2300 sq ft secure warehouse with a FLT a pallet racking, the company is still going from strength to strength.

How are you harnessing new technology?
All of the vans are fitted with armour glass, along with GPS tracking and messaging, the office uses Journease Professional to keep a record of collections and deliveries. The vehicles LPG systems are constantly being monitored and adjusted to reduce our carbon footprint, the office has a new box of pencils and blank sheets of paper (One of us is a dinosaur)

What do you think are the major challenges facing the industry?

the biggest challenge facing every delivery is finding a resolution to the rising cost of fuel. Increasing charges to customers is not an option because they will simply go elsewhere. One way is to reduce operational cost by reducing man power. This can be achieved when certain task are automated and require no user intervention.

"we can offer rounded and professional service."

What is your unique selling proposition to end users?
a work ethic that treats customer's goods like our own, along with keeping the customers informed throughout the whole process.
