Troubleshooting Notifications
If you think that you've missed a notification for a job that you should have received, please check the following:
(1) The job may not have been within your home depot notification area
- Your Home Depot notification area is based on either the driven mileage or estimated drivetime from your Home Depot. Check in "MyCX" to see what settings you currently have (this requires you to log-in).
- All accounts are automatically set to 30 minutes drivetime default - you can change this in MyCX.
(2) The job may have been for a vehicle size or type that was outside of your specified range
- You will only receive automatic notifications for Goods to Move within your chosen size range. Check that the vehicle size specified for the job was within your range.
(3) Check that you haven't set up notification blocking for that offeror
- Check in "MyCX" to see that you haven't set up a block on either the company offering the job, or that particular job type.
(4) Did you already have a Return Journey on the system for the time when the Goods to Move needed collecting?
- If you are an owner driver/owner operator and already had a Return Journey logged, the system will automatically filter out new Goods to Move from your home depot area that you wouldn't be able to do.
- The system restarts Goods to Move notifications within 30 minutes of your estimated return time.
- Note: We will still send you Goods to Move with a collection window for a time when you would be back home, even if you're still on the Return Journey.
(5) Your mobile phone or network may have a fault
i) does your phone have a limit
