About The "Journey Sweeper" System
Journey Sweeper is a unique system we have developed to match journeys and freight offers.
This is how it works:
Stage 1
Register your Return Journey (specify whether you want the "Go Anywhere" option or not - see below)
Stage 2
Our system calculates your route, based on fastest journey time. We generate a wide corridor along the route which picks up all the postcodes along that route.
Stage 3
You will automatically receive new Goods to Move which have an appropriate collection time. We have made allowances for your estimated journey time in case of delays.
You will also receive notifications that are to be picked up within a 15 mile radius of your start point.
"Go Anywhere" option
If you have selected the 'Go Anywhere' function (note: this is the default selection) you will receive ALL new Goods to Move en route, including those which are heading in a different direction. You can de-select this option when you register each new journey.
Owner Drivers
The system will automatically suspend notifications from your home depot area for the duration of your Return Journey, up until we estimate that you are 30 minutes from home. You will continue to receive notifications for jobs that are due for collection after your arrival back home.
