Our Requirements for Joining
Our websites are "trade only" marketplaces and run independently of any other freight company or trade association.
We exist to improve our subscribers' profitability and efficiency through 'collaborative working'. This is fast becoming an essential part of 21st century logistics, even for the biggest players.
In order to join one of our exchanges, you must be working wholly within the transport industry as one of the following :-
We don't accept applications from "commercial shippers";
We generally don't accept brand new start-up businesses -

In order to join you will need to provide the following minimum documentary evidence of your business set-up, including:
- Goods in Transit policy &/or CMR
- Vehicle insurance policies, showing that you are covered for purposes of carriage of 3rd party goods
- Operators Licence (if applicable)
- Vat Certificate (if applicable)
- Other insurance certificates as applicable eg., Public & Employers Liability
Owner-Drivers/Owner-Operators: Need to supply copy of driving licence and a utility bill
Companies: Need to supply two utility bills, one of which should be the landline for the address as it appears on the exchange.
Subscribers are encouraged to provide as much information as possible for their Accreditation pages on the site.
Please note that we cannot validate your application until the documentary evidence is supplied (fax or scanned emails are acceptable for this).
We reserve the right to refuse membership to any organisation.
