Who posts work?
- All loads posted by Accredited courier and transport companies.
- Courier Exchange – the busiest freight exchange in the UK for the sameday and time-definite delivery sector.
What happens when the load is posted?
- The load is displayed on the Goods to Move web page, time and date stamped to show when it was posted.
- Our real time system calculates who should receive automatic notifications which are sent out by email or text message (based on their depot location and vehicle type).
- The newly posted load will also be matched up to any existing Return Journey.

What are the types of load?
Members can choose to display the type of load in the following ways:
- A hotshot is an urgent delivery.
- A backload signifies that the company posting the job is prepared to allow a longer time for delivery in return for a lower rate.
The vehicle size required for the load is chosen at this point.
Who agrees pricing?
Pricing for all jobs is agreed between the two parties.
The contract for any deal agreed though the site is between the subscribers. |
