Existing Members
If you have changed your account details then your bank updates your existing Direct Debits, however, in our experience this sometimes gets overlooked.
In the event of this happening you can always send us a new original Direct Debit form by postal mail, please remember that we need this no later than the 14th day of the month for a collection in the current month.
Please note that the banks will not accept faxed or scanned Direct Debit mandates.
