We need to receive your
original signed Direct Debit mandate at least 12 working days before it is due to collect as the banks need this amount of time to set up a new mandate.
Direct Debits are collected on or about the 28th day of the month in which the subscription is due, therefore we need to receive your details by the 14th day of the month in order to meet the banks requirements.
Please note that the banks will not accept faxed or scanned Direct Debit mandates.
