When do Direct Debits collect?
Transport Exchange Group Ltd is an authorised member of the Direct Debit scheme, administered by the banks.
When you pay your subscription by Direct Debit, you are entitled to pay in quarterly instalments, rather than every six months.
Direct Debits are usually drawn from your account on or about the 28th day of the month.
We send the payment schedule to our bank by the 15th day of the month, after which we regret that we cannot make any amendments to the Direct Debit amounts.
