We usually collect Direct Debit payments on the 28th day of the month - subscription payments by Direct Debit are made every quarter.
The banks require us to send them your completed Direct Debit mandate at least 10 working days before it is due for collection - therefore, we can usually accept a new instruction up to the 12th day of the month for collection in that month.
