About The Ratings System
This is an important part of the exchange - it gives subscribers the opportunity to enter feedback about other members (which can be either positive or negative).
Any member can receive a rating – whether you use Courier Exchange to sub work out or to get work. (It appears that a lot of members will not automatically rate another member, so if you want to increase the number of stars you have, please ask them to do so.)
In normal circumstances, all ratings are reviewed at the end of each calendar month.
Any negative comments or ratings are at this point converted into formal complaints and followed up with both members concerned as per the normal Courier Exchange formal complaints procedure.
Once a positive rating form has been completed and submitted online, an automatic value is assigned to the rating which can range from 5 to a maximum of 25 points. (As there is no category for being a good payer, if you want to give someone a maximum rating for this, please tick all catagories as excellent and write something in the comments section to indicate what the rating is for.)
Each half star is earned with 20 points and there is no capped limit to how many stars you may have on your record although only a maximum of 5 stars are displayed on screen.
A maximum of either 2 ratings or 50 points, whichever is higher, is put through per member per month.
With regards to reciprocal ratings, Courier Exchange is aware that it takes two members to make a transaction and you may both wish to be rated by the other and do bear this in mind when instances such as this arise. Please note that this is audited on an adhoc basis and a copy order, pod or invoice may be requested as proof.
If you wish to know who rated you or their comments, please feel free to call or email Courier Exchange.
