Policy Statement / Code of Conduct for the 'Chat' area on Courier Exchange

The 'Chat' pages are designed for bona-fide couriers who are registered with our service to share genuine & useful discussion which benefits all our users. It is not a Chat for unauthorised advertising or promotion of any individual / company, whether they are a registered courier or company otherwise unconnected with the website.

Everybody enjoys a lively & balanced Chat; however, we will not tolerate any posting which either attempts to defame another individual / company or uses the Chat section to make a public complaint against another party; if a user wishes to make a complaint they should contact the Courier Exchange Head Office in the first instance.

We will remove any unauthorised topics and postings which advertise either that person / company posting the comment or other services which have not been authorised by the Exchange. This includes promoting your services / journeys / Goods to Move / employment etc which have their own designated section elsewhere on the website.

We reserve the right to make all final editorial decisions; if any individual / company persistently breaks this code we will remove them from the website after an initial verbal warning.
