Courier Exchange is the world's largest neutral trading hub for the Sameday courier and express freight exchange industry. Over 1,500 transport exchange businesses are already networked together through our system, trading courier jobs & capacity in a safe 'wholesale' environment.

What We Do

The Courier Exchange system generates real time automated notifications to subscribers, based on their individual preferences.

Even though there are thousands of members, our system automatically matches each subscriber's requirements and registered vehicle movements before sending out an email or SMS within seconds of the job posting.

We also have an advanced mobile solution available for PDAs & mobile phones which allows you to send and receive courier job details.

How We Work

We work on a pre-paid subscription basis – there are no commissions payable or transaction charges.

A range of subcription packages are available to suit every requirement, with special rates for owner-drivers. Companies can subscribe for a minimum of 6 months. To subscribe, please register online – you can pay by credit card, Direct Debit or cheque.

We maintain a fully-staffed support and training team, based in NW London and we will help you to get the maximum benefit from the courier exchange. Most of this is telephone based, although we can visit member's premises (a separate fee applies for this).

We have also developed a website where you can practice using the various features. This is available once you have subscribed.

Over 1,000 companies and owner drivers use Courier Exchange as their courier network to grow their business.

The Company

We've been running the courier exchange since 1999. Customer support is carried out from our London office, whilst programming development is done by our long-term development partner, Internova UK Ltd. Transport Exchange Group Limited is a trading division of the Cresswell Group of companies, which has a successful trading history stretching back over 100 years.
